reservation

• Reservations are binding once you have received the final reservation confirmation from us and/or you have made and transferred a deposit (down payment) to us at our request.

Cancellation policy

• No deposit or payment is currently required. We trust you will come.

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 weeks before the arrival date. For cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, we kindly ask for your understanding that we must charge 60% of the total cost.

• Cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the arrival date will incur a charge of 80%, and cancellations made 2 weeks or less before the arrival date will incur a charge of 100%. Of course, if we are able to re-let the apartment, the cancellation fee will be reduced.

Dogs and pets

• For hygiene reasons and to prevent the otherwise very extensive cleaning of our apartments, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartments. We ask for your understanding.

Smoke

• Smoking is not permitted in the house or in the apartments.

• Outdoor use is generally permitted as long as neighbors are not disturbed. We ask for your understanding should you bring any complaints to our attention. The well-being and health of all our guests is important to us.
